The impetus for this record was a conversation I had with one of my best friends regarding the topic of addiction. I told him "I guess I am just going to have to have 300 percent will power with my issue".

And that is sometimes how it is...

In the middle of 2021, I went to the psyche ward, started IOP (intensive outpatient therapy), and slowly accepted the fact that further therapy was not necessary and that I would be practicing things I have learn and implement the skills I have in my toolbelt.

It's a tough decision to make doing this, hence "300 percent Will Power!"

This is not a sad or depressing record, quite the contrary... it's a record of not feeling bad, accepting that you make mistakes and to learn and grow from them, and not feeling sorry all the time (a very hard one to integrate into my life)

By Far this has my best singing on it (The double shot of the final two tracks show this off), and it's actually not depressing for once, except the first song, which blasts all the feelings out in one six and a half minute jam.

Hope you Enjoy this record....it's probably one of the best of the year.
